"Business On The Green" - Ambassador Golf Outing

Our “Business On The Green” Golf Outing, sponsored by the Ambassadors Club of the Portage County Business Council, was held on June 2, 2008. Held at two courses simultaneously, participants enjoyed the challenges of SentryWorld and the Stevens Point Country Club. The two-course event began at 9:30 AM with lunch provided to each golfer. The outing drew over 150 businesses.

A 19th Hole Networking Social was held following the golfing with food, music, team prizes, raffles and award recognitions. The 2008 19th hole event was held at 3:00 PM at The Holiday Inn. All proceeds from the golf outing benefit programming efforts for the Portage County Business Council membership.
